No stars (had to put one in to post) - can't get 'local' branch number, central 0345 number only and they can't make appointments over the 'phone! Told I have to physically go in to make an appointment then return for the appointment - even harder as they've shut all the branches, so have to go to main branch. Why wouldn't you do online only if there's no service?

My son and I visited your Broadway branch in Bradford on 28th May 2025, and were helped by Asam Khan and Hasena Begum, they were both so helpful and polite to us, and resolved my sons problem with his online account and new phone number, we were both delighted with there help, they are both a credit to your bank, many thanks again Margaret and Luc (10 out of 10 for your service.)

Staff are not kept up to date with changes, It wastes a lot of time. They don't accept driving licence or NHS letter as proof of address. They do accept bank statements which they don't like sending out anymore

We needed the coin machine on a Saturday morning. Went straight to it and a member of Staff put it directly into my account. No queuing. Thank you.

As a wheelchair user and a driver access to this place is not possible for me without getting a fine from bradford city Council as it is ? bus's and ? taxis only

Arrived Monday the 26/06/23 3:45pm and doors were already shut, there was another person who knocked at the door and staff slightly open the door to say that they were closed already.. I tried to ask the staff what is their closing time as there is no timetable on the door, he literally shut the door in my face as I was talking to him.. Disgusting customer service.. I've been with Nat West since 2001 and it's time to change bank..

-stars not available.Member of staff I dealt with was very condesceding and couldn't be bothered to listen to my explanations. They did even understand the basis of the FSA complaints procedure so basically refused to register it.This branch should be closed until all staff are retrained or replaced.
