Open children's bank accounts. Staff were excellent and made the process smooth. I would definitely recommend this branch. The staff are a credit to the company.

Appalling service.
Have staff standing around, several customers waiting to be served, but told have to wait.
Inexperienced staff then have to get help from others, allowing down the process even further.
While I appreciate people need to learn, surely a Saturday is not the best day to throw them in the deep end.
Glad we were closing an account.

Worst customer service i have ever had, treated me like garbage, i wouldn't mind but I only went in to make a deposit it's disgusting, also the last time I made a deposit around a month ago was a bad experience aswell, there must be an internal issue as the staff are gossiping whither each other and being extremely negative towards customs
