Came to celebrate my nephews school rewards and ordered a full platter. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Shout out to Bally she was a gem and really looked after us. Happy customers ?

Busy Thursday evening, so take this with a pinch of salt. 6 of us seated near the front door, which was constantly open, blowing a gale, with people queuing waiting to be seated, merging with people waiting to pay for their meal. Not very organised. Not told where cutlery or condiments were stored (happened to be the other side of the restaurant)
10 mins to get drinks after ordering on app, then the second took another 20 mins after ordering. Nearly 45/50 mins before first food arrived. Normal quality food, staff all had stressed smiles on, insanely busy so nothing against them personally, just felt a little stressed eating there myself?

Picked up an online order. Gave it 40 mins to pick up. Waited another 20 mins to be seen by a member of overworked staff.
Some of it wasn't ready so had to wait another 10 mins before the order was completed.
Not a great experience.

I've come to Nandos for a fair few years but I love coming and seeing Ismail, his mum and Moblessings (Mobi). They are all so friendly and have a warm energy.
My dates with my wife (my best friend) used to be on a Thursday but this has now changed to Tuesdays to see everyone :-)

Being obsessed with Nando's, iv had a variety up and down the country however tonight was my first time visiting this specific location.
This was one of the best meals iv had out of all the nandos iv ate at.
The burger bun was super soft whereas usually it?s like biting into a brick.
The customer service was very good - lovely gentleman got our food out to us within an efficient time frame which was excellent considering it was quite busy at the time so we anticipated a longer wait.
As usual staff check in if food is okay and anything else is required and the lady who did so was really sweet and friendly!
Definitely be visiting here more often and even when I?m not in the area, it?s worth travelling the 45 minutes for.

This place really has gone downhill. The food is shockingly bad compared to other Nandos outlets. We were given the wrong order twice and whilst the server did apologise, it meant having to wait around a lot longer for the right order. Needs improvement.

Absolutely awful service. Staff members arguing at the till and around the restaurant. Had to wait 50 minutes for food. Music blasting. I will not be coming back.

Exceptional Customer Service!
I recently visited Nando?s and had an experience worth sharing. My order took a bit longer than usual, but the standout of my visit was the exceptional service from a staff member named Ismail. Rather than leaving me to wait, Ismail took the time to sit down and check in with me, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed about the status of my order.
It?s rare to see this level of care and personal attention in customer service. Ismail genuinely turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant one. As a gesture of kindness, he even gave me a free cake as an apology for the wait, which he absolutely didn?t have to do.
It?s this kind of service that keeps customers coming back?where you feel valued and cared for. Thank you, Ismail, and thank you, Nando?s, for hiring such thoughtful team members. Highly recommend!
