This Nando?s is in a good location in the city park in Bradford Central and very easy to find the food and drink are lovely and good value for money. Only small problem. Is you got to order by a app on your phone and pay online I understand the young folk love to order this way but more mature people are used to table service or going to a counter to order. The place must have a bit off trouble because there two door security staff on the door not seen this before in a Nando?s only in McDonald?s . This made us feel unsafe like they must be expecting trouble. When we lefted and walking through city Park we got asked for spare change and spare cigarettes by a number off people this put us off visiting again and the strong smell off drugs being smoked near to the restaurant .

Just eating the most delicious rainbow salad bowl with halloumi. Can't post a picture because I've demolished it!! Staff friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Usual Nandos, menu same all over but we were disappointed as they got the order wrong, we were sat by the hatch where the food comes out, I could see ours was wrong so immediately told the chef, she did nothing, wasting time, so when the server brought them and I explained the order was wrong he had to take them back

we are a group of people with learning disabilities who regularly attend trips. the group had decided to visit the centenary nandos as they have visited here previously. upon arrival the staff made us all feel instantly welcome and was incredibly friendly and professional. the staff was extremely helpful with us whilst we ordered our meals and was extremely patient and understanding with our group as they took the extra time to give us all the best customer experience possible. the food was spot on and was cooked incredibly fast. the service from the staff and the food are why this restaurant is one of our favorite places to visit.

This spot is great for a nice Dinner out with family and service was very excellent from Phill. He gave very good attendance to our requests and made the experience very wonderful.

Awful service plates were dirty had to ask for them to wash them. Also saw chef eating food off the grill whilst cooking. Unhygienic environment

Came here for lunch for first time Must say I had a very pleasant time. Looked after by two young ladies who were very polite and helpful. Sadly I didn't get their names..( my receipt said Wania ? ) The food was lovely and the level of service was excellent. Very impressed with friendliness of staff and their attitude. A very polite and accommodating manager . Will definitely go again.

- Total disbelief and disgusted with Nando's in Centenary Square Bradford. - Had to wait over 30mins for them to accommodate 6 people and numerous excuses given for the delay - No option to pre-book a table online and they did not answer the phone either. It appears that takeaways are more important than diners. - No table service available at all. - Told to order online using their app ? ? - This took ages when not familiar with online food ordering, not everyone is tech savvy !!!!!! Surprised they don't prevent entry to those who can't or would find it difficult to order online ? ? ? - Finally received food approx 1hr after arrival - Food brought to table however no cutlery, drinks or seasonings brought with same. After requesting these items informed we had to get our own from the service area which caused disruption with our seating arrangements given limited space available to constantly get up and down to obtain same. - Requested hot drinks has none visible on the menu. Informed hot drinks machine was removed during Covid restrictions and not returned. Absolutely appalled and unacceptable when your faced with limited chilled options unsuitable or palatable for customers therefore, overall choice options not available. - Gave feedback to manager but don't think she will address any of the issues raised. For eg. When asked if she had attempted to have the coffee machine returned she was very superficial and disinterested and did not confirm either way. - Only 1 positive - Food was good. Will not be returning to any branch whatsoever for reasons stated and lack of personal customer service. Parking - No carpark but parking nearby.

Always friendly and amazing food. Asked to try their frozen yoghurt and got given it on the house. Never had to wait for a table. Great staff

We always had our food \\\"to go\\\" from Nando's, until we decided to dine in at the Bradford Nando's. Bali attended us and enhanced our experience. She was courteous, polite, professional and helping. 5 stars to this outlet just for her in addition to the food. Wish all restaurant staff is like her. We ordered whole chicken in the sharing platter and Chicken burger from the kiddie meal. The rainbow slaw, garlic breads, corn on the cob, bottomless Gelato were scrumptious. Definitely dining in again!!

Been going to Nando's for many years but today service provided by Bally was best experience I?ve had at Nando?s. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile by Bally and shown to our table. Food arrived quick and tasted great. Keep up the good work Nando?s and you?ve got a gem there in Bally.

Visited during a Monday lunchtime. Plenty of tables available so got seated straight away. The outside dining area was not set up even though it was nice and sunny. Ordered a sharing platter and two individual meals. Food was hot and the chicken was soft and tasty. Great service. Staff were friendly, smiling and very helpful.
