Absolutely very bad customer service. Wait time was 7mins unfortunately the ladies too busy on there mobile phones and they burnt my order. Now having to wait another 7/8 minutes. Jo apology or anything .

Today I went to buy pretzels, Mrs. Renata, that was the name of the lady serving, she said 5 minutes, the pretzels are already in the oven, but she started making new ones, the waiting time was 15 minutes, only one person works, probably too much work for one person.

The service I have no issue with the service, the Pretzels were not soft, they were abit too chewy and slightly abit firm. Try before you buy

We went there around 6 o'clock in the evening , the friend tried to find out if they were open , but the young lady was deaf and could not answer and ignored him . When she finally decided to pay attention to us, we ordered , I waited a long time and watched them , their tin with pretzels burned their whole batch burned, and when I noticed that they were going to give it to me, I was defeated , the pretzels were all brown and smelled of burning , I wanted them to make me new ones, so they refused and claimed that they were fine, that they had been working there for a year . rather they returned my money . I feel sorry for the people who gave them the burnt pretzels from the burnt tin .

Got the cinnamon and sugar bites very nice. I wanted the pizza originally server didn't seem to understand so went for cinnamon however very nice would try again. Steep in price but you get lot. Popular place with a lot waiting for orders sometimes mixed up.
