I am a ex worker for Morrison and I have never been this disappointed with being they customer , I just can not believe the rudeness and disrespect I have got from the manger and staff unbelievable, which I am regular. It was the elderly woman with pink/red hair on the customer service that is rudeeeee would not recommend Morrison to work or be a customer

Morrisons is gone downhill since it's been taken over. Empty shelves, very expensive. I have stopped shopping in morrisons, cheaper to do shopping in Waitrose these days than Morrison's. No staff on the shop floor for help when needed...

My most recent visits to Morrisons Thornbury has been disappointing. I have always shopped there but recently found staff very rude and not helpful at all. Many a times when any staff was approached & asked for help they would come across arrogant and very condescending. Staff members clarifying something with each other, muttering and rolling their eyes at you. Not even smiling or being polite. I would only go in now if I absolutely needed to because attitudes have gone up like their PRICES!!

Morrisons itself is good for shopping and fresh fruit especially, but the cafe is not good, you wait ages just to get served, some of the staff don't even know how to use the till. If you're in a rush, then i do not recommend the cafe.

Big store but what have you done with all the smaller trollies??? Haven't seen one in a few weeks, not everyone is shopping for a family of 10!

Without a doubt it's a 5 ? store! It's a huge place with a massive selection of pretty much everything that you can want. It also has a cafe, although I can't make any comments on this, since I haven't visited it yet. They have a Bakery, a Meat area (which says "Halal" above it) & plenty of choice in Frozen + Chilled. Overall, definitely worth visiting!
