This ain?t a McDonald?s. More like a Mickey Mouse club house with all the staff acting like cartoon characters. You have more chance of a Bamboon getting a task right than this lot. I recommend you visit a different McDonalds branch which is not franchised by the same franchisee's. None of them could spell customer service let alone give it.

Regularly have double coffee there. Lovely staff. One of the cleanest toilets and tables to go to. Unlike other branches which make me cringe. Only give 3 stars cos only had coffee/ cappuccino. Better price than other brands

Just bought 3 fillet meals for kids all wanted sweet n sour sauce would only give me 2 sauces for 2 meals 1 each sweet n sour said had to pay extra if I wanted ut with the third how pathetic 3 kids 3 meals 3 sauces

Orders always wrong, it's getting worse. Wrong items, missing fries from 3 meals, forget to add sauces. 5 weeks on the trot they messed up. Wont use again.

Food tonight was great, nice and fresh and specially warm . The lad at front counter was really lovely ! Also not gonna be complaining when you get 6 nuggets for the price of 4 , and fries even tho I chose a fruit bag with my happy meal. However the toilets were vile as always, smells like cow poo and just very unpleasant and couple of dirty tables at 11.30 pm when the restaurant is dead

Previously rated highly but it's really gone downhill over the years.
Complete luck as to the service and quality you'll receive nowadays and more often than not something is lacking.
Rude staff and saw flies going on food whilst being bagged up.

I would give it a zero !!! Staff not trained probably on monopoly. Manager talking back saying ? not my problem ? ? older lady named Lindsley who was rude and useless as a manager! Instead of sorting out my order told me to come back in 15 mins even tho im on a time schedule !! Customer service from her was bad !!she used to be lovley but i guess customers dont matter any more.
Food at least came warm however no condiments and no cream on the drinks
