Drinks spilt everywhere. Food was cold chips were so frozen you could say I had fries and ice. There was more coke in the bag than there was in the cup. It was a mess

We called tonight (Monday) for Hot Drinks while Shopping, we ordered the drinks through the app Machine waited 15 minutes and had to go ask for them, guy said oh they here. My Coffee was ok but just warm the other two drinks Cappachinos looked week and had chocolate bits on even that we said NO Chocolate. The guy after getting annoyed reordered two more again after 20 minutes they where served. Again the Drinks where discusting so we asked for a refund he said not sure we can. A lady then spoke to us the Manager and gave us a refund. Discusting service, Nasty Staff and very slow service and it wasn't even busy ?? never ever have we had such crap service. The place had rubbish on tables, floors etc no one cleaning up. We definitely NOT Recommend this dump to anyone. ??

So I went to foster square placed my order on app got my order number when I got to the counter I was told I had not paid for it I spoke to a manager who was very rude and not listening to me at all I showed him my banking app which showed I'd paid £11.98 he was having none of it as it said pending on my bank along with other purchases on that day which is normal for my bank I tried to explain he became rude and made me feel I was lying in front of other customers it was embarrassing int he end I paid again then got in touch with customer service who checked and I was right I'd been charged twice they refunded me tbh I'm still fuming what an ignorant prat if this is how your management act they need retraining customers need to be heard not humiliated so thanks the lesson I won't be back and will be telling my friends n family to stay clear what a horrible ignorant man.

Don't take cash, although cash is legal tender they can't recieve other than a card payment. How is this legal???????

Service is quick enough considering much of the food is prepared fresh. Ordering is convenient through the kiosks, but the app can be hit or miss. Lots of offers and promotions, and the £2 is still the best value wrap on the market.

Today 1.45am by Friday morning I had fletto fish meal the girl given me cold ? fries and a bottle of water but it was warm bottle of water even the fletto fish was cold aswell I'm not happy at all with this food night shift pplz giving us cold food

The staff dont know whats on the menu.. After explaining a few times. I gave up without purchase. Shame on you mcdonald's train up or fix up !!!
