i ordered through uber eats. they was preparing my meal for 2 and a half hours and i still haven't got my food as i had to cancel it..they didnt want to let the delivery driver in as they locked the doors while customers were still inside..not recommended and mad.. some dumb employees

Absolute worst food, service and staff I?ve ever experienced. Took me 15 minutes through the drive through, due to 3 staff members play fighting. Rats running around outside, and food EVERYWHERE on the floor of the kitchen. When I went to complain to a little manager called Imran. He says ?that?s fine, shall I take your order?. Just went to this place today. Ordered BigTasy meal. There was an misunderstanding between staff. Called manager for sort the issue out. But manager even worse the issue. Absolutely nasty please. Poor service and management. Not recommend at all.

I had an issue with the chilli chicken sandwich as it was overcooked and quite inedible so I brought it up to the counter, spoke to one of the staff who then mentioned it too the manager, he came over asked me what was the issue with a very disgruntled attitude, I explained that it was overcooked and that I couldn't eat any more, he wasn't very happy that he had to replace the burger and responded "yea whatever", very unprofessional and unhelpful, shouldn't be a manager if you can't accept criticism.

Ordered 1 n half hrs ago on just eat... delivery time keeps changing 10 minutes later 10 minutes later no1 is answering the phone. If you can't fulfill the order just refuse it instead of leaving us waiting. What a joke.
Some1 finally answered the phone but doesn't want my order number or address 'everything that's been ordered has gone' so rude honestly customer service is -10 ? food arrived nearly 2hrs later freezing cold.... sort your staff issues out!!!!

Disgusting staff. I received a McSpicy instead of a McCrispy on my Uber order. ((The second time this has happened)) Made a complaint and rang the store to let them know they made a mistake. The rudest staff members answered the phone. I rang on the 7the of December at 23:44. I asked her if they?d just sent out an uber order to which she said ?I don?t know, I?ve just started?. I explained the order and that it was wrong and I was letting them know I made a complaint and they need to watch out because people are wasting their money on food they can?t eat and it?s happened multiple times. She said ?well you should stop ordering from us then? in an awful tone. I said ?what?s your problem, do you not like your job?? She said ?what?s your problem, you can?t handle spice? then proceeded to shout at me and hang up the phone. I called a further 5 times and they refused to answer the phone. I waited 5 minutes and called back, she answered again, I asked for a manager and she said ?there?s no manager in?. I asked when they would be, she said ?I don?t know? and hung the phone up on me, a customer, AGAIN. How can you be so rude on the phone? That?s not customer service at all, that girl needs to be fired and I?m going to talk to the manager tomorrow.
