So i ordered on the app as i had accumulated lots of points over the past months, So i decided it was time to put them points to use and ordered 6 burgers and 4 fries for 27,050 points. The app took my points off my balance and and gave me a code, when showed to the cashier to collect my food the code didn't work. The manager seen the code and the food that was ordered and that the points had been taken from my balance but because it didn't work when she typed into the register she wouldn't honor the points deduction as a genuine order. So i had to reorder the food again and use double the amount of points for the 1 x order of food. The manager said its not her problem that the code didn't work on her system and she wasn't willing to do anything to help me and walked away and wouldn't speak with me anymore. when the second order of food finally came after around 20 minutes of waiting it wasn't even hot, luke warm at best.

The food was lukewarm for once, which is unusual since it?s usually served completely cold. It cost £30, and despite that, me and the kids were still hungry. It just wasn?t worth the money at all. I also thought the saver menu was supposed to help save money, but it didn?t feel like it.

Twice now in a row we got cold food delivered and items missing. I paid almost 22 pound and get a 6 pound refund. Never order here again!?

Whether you go through the drive through or order in store they always seem to miss items off your order, a one off I can accept but 4 out of 5 visit with items missing or wrong is not acceptable.
Be prepared to wait for your food, only on a few occasions going through the drive through have I not been told to park up and wait, sometimes for as long as 15 minutes. Even ordering in person seems to take forever.

DO NOT ATTEND HERE. Waited 10+ minutes. Food was brought to car in an absolute mess in the bag, everything fallen out of packaging and burgers broken up like road kill. Gave completely different burger than what was asked. Would not bring the correct one back to the car so we have to go in and they refused to give the correct burger because it was not listed on receipt.

Poor quality drinks rodered a really hor drink just for it to come with a broken lit and spilt all over me and ordered a caramel frappe for it to be not even blended amd newrly choked on an ice cube absolutely disgusting

What a disappointment.... First of all they tried to charge us 10p each for ketchups and only gave us 2 straws for 4 meals, the guy rolled his eyes when we asked for a couple more... Then we had to wait for our order to be made only to find it was barely warm when we got it....
