Absolutely dreadful. Messed up the complete order. Nothing is edible the mozzarella sticks look like they've been booted around the burger was missing it's beef burger and the drink turned up nearly empty. Never again! Ought to be ashamed of themselves charging as much as they do for this abomination

Just got food home.
Sat at '2nd window' waiting for food for long time. Lots of customers driving past with food. Clear staff had forgotten our order. Food arrived eventually. Excuse for delay ' waiting on Fries'
Food cold , not fresh so not waiting for fries. Items missing from order. Food not nice. Most went in the bin.
No star review.

If i wanted to collect from store i would not have ordered to be delivered.

If you?re unable to read and follow simple orders or instructions then you?re more than qualified to work here. Don?t think we?ve ever had a correct order. Missing three items off an order, those 3 items being, A MEAL, doesn?t exactly fill you with confidence for ordering again. Utterly woeful.

Missing food items from my order from several days ago I was given a code to replace what was missing. This evening I went to claim the free meal using the given code only to be told it had already been used??? Yesterday?? I adamantly denied this!! so had my code been given out already or had a staff member used it?? I was made to feel I was lying after much debate manager accepted the code and was given the replacement meal it was embarrassing. The female manager just walked off and the older guy serving me was rude! And just grunted at me. ? The restaurant was bedlam. Not happy.

Very poor service , everytime you order at the drive thru you will be asked to park up in the car park, hardly any spaces due to lots of uber and deliveroo drivers , rude staff expect to wait 10-15 minutes for a simple order not good at all , management just say sorry don't help at all , honestly the poorest MacDonald's around

Utter shambles of a place has got worse and worse I stopped going in the drive thru as you end up sitting in the there for 20 mins to be told can u park up and wait 20 mins I had to for 2 x cheeseburgers the other day total joke went into the restaurant today as drive thru blocking car park and guess what 20 min wait in restaurant for a regular Big Mac meal ?.. you lot couldn?t run a piss up in a brewery useless

Basically no point in using the drive thru as all the cars are just sent into unmarked bays. Resulting in workers trying to work out which order is whos. And taking 20 minutes to receive your order

I'm a usual customer for McDonald's but this was disappointing. Spent £37 on a family meal and all the food was barely warm. Ordered 4 fizzy drinks and they were all flat. Chips looked barley cooked. Ordered a quarter pounder burger and found lettuce in it which isn't even the make up of that burger. Ordered a hamburger without onion only to find it had onion in it. Very disappointing considering it took a while to make our food due to prioritising delivery orders. Will not be going back to five lane ends MacDonalds
