It was alot better then previous visits,I think this store is the biggest Matalan I have ever been in and they was alot more stock on display,plenty of parking and the disabled spots as well,only downside was the car park needs a good clean up it definitely hasn't been cleaned up for many years especially against the walls inside the store it was very well organised and clean.will definitely go back

Went on a Sunday morning. Was quiet. Fully stocked however, not enough staff on the shop floor.

Went to buy a cheap suit, but couldn't find anything for a larger sized man. I only found one pair of trousers which were 40in, everything else was below this size. Signage is all wrong. No I won't tell you more via my online account due to not having one, even the bot replies to bad reviews are lacking in effort.

Rows of women's clothes all the same size, so good luck with lots of styles unless you are a size 18. Changing rooms down to three cubicles only...All self service tills except one. Sorry, but if I wanted to work there I'd apply for a job. Messages popping up on self serve asking you for your email first and instructing you to remove hangers etc, subsequently, check outs slow and frustrating. Absolutely no rush to go back any time soon.

Been shopping in here tonight , I was served by Aimee she went above and beyond and was really helpful , not usually the service you get late a night but she made our evening , I know retail isn't the easiest of jobs , She deffinatly deserves recognition . Thankyou

Love Matalan, quality products at affordable prices. Lovely range of clothing for all and beautiful homeware. The store is clean, staff are friendly and overall a nice shopping experience.

Signage needs changing on walls as things are not where the signage says - also seem to be younger staff on at the weekends who have more interest in talking between themselves rather than serving customers! Disappointing!!
