Bank opening time was 9am and 2 staff member locked the door at 9am and went out for walk saying to all the customers who were waiting outside before 9am will be back in 10 minutes.lol

The experience I have with is bank is horrible I went to the branch because someone stole my bank details and made transactions with my card, so I told them my issue and what
happen and that someone stole my money
And that I needed help. The person whom I spoke to at the branch
gave me a phone number had to sort things out for myself. I didn?t receive the help I needed and I didn?t get my money back. I don?t understand why they have a branch full of employees who should be helping at the bank in person but instead they just tell you to do things on mobile app or they just giving out phone numbers to sort out issues on our own.

We visited the bank multiple times in an attempt to open a bank account using our eVisa, having already completed the online application as instructed. Despite this, we were asked to attend a branch in person to provide documents. Unfortunately, the staff at various branche appeared unprepared and unprofessional, often unsure of the correct process.
After more than seven visits, we were repeatedly misled with excuses such as website issues or unclear procedures. Eventually, we were simply told they did not know why the application was not being accepted and were advised to try opening an account with another bank.This experience has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.

really long waiting time in the queue, always at least 15-30 minutes. Deposit ATMs are out of order most of the time.

The worst bank, I have been stood in the queue for almost 30 mins the line hasn?t moved. Super slow customer service, staff wondering about. Really needs to be managed better. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Closing branches down and i find it silly how they expect people to go down when they cant resolve certain issues over the phone!
One staff at the desk only dealing with certain queries and the others just run and avoid any sort of questions.
Even when you do finally speak to a staff member, beyond stuck up and they just don't bother dealing with your query or tell you ?i?ll ring you back this week?, and never do!!
Honestly, i would never advise anyone opening up an account here. The hassle i?ve had!
