Ever since the pandemic I have depended extensively on the service offered by my mother's designated pharmacy. They are a wonderful team who work collaboratively and always provide me with timely and excellent advice. Most recently, I was especially impressed by Uthman, a pharmacy technician who went above and beyond to help me with a prescription via a GP regards a vital medication in short supply, all during a time in the day he was due to break his fast during Ramadhan. He has further surpassed my expectation when he took the initiative to prioritise according to patient need under a wonderfully led team.

The staff esp Ussi goes above & beyond to help any1 even jobs that are not in his payroll type since joining ridge never ever have I had a bad experience this is in 3 years they try 2 help or direct you to where u neeed to be
Also a big shout out to Zarah the pharmacist you do an amazing job always smiling beautiful as eva

My experience at Ridge Phamacy on 28th October 2024.
Purchased Covid 19 test kits.
I asked the helpful asian male staff member, ?what should I do if the tests results are positive, should I contact my doctor, pharmacy, 111 or would I require medication ?
Before the staff member could answer, the white staff member from the counter behind interjected/shouted and said ?no, you should come back here and give it to us so we can all go home !!!?
This was unprofessional, unnecessary, unhelpful, sarcastic rude comment, especially when Flu/Covid 19 vaccinations were being carried out from the Ridge Medical Practice into the Pharmacy?s medical rooms that day.
Over two hundred thousand people died during the Covid 19 pandemic in UK alone and some people are still suffering the consequences of it with the loss of their loved ones, mental/physical health and being made employed during that period.
The medical professionals did an outstanding task during this period and are still continuing to do so by advising members of the public.
The staff member requires retraining or re-educating to prevent further unprofessional mannerism and customer service.
He has let his profession down.

The phone customer service is highly unprofessional. Being addressed as 'bro' and spoken to in a casual, disrespectful manner is unacceptable. It reflects a lack of professionalism and makes me feel undervalued as a customer. The pharmacy should prioritize training its staff in proper customer service etiquette to ensure a respectful and professional experience for all customers.

The staff at The Ridge Pharmacy go that extra mile to ensure you get the meds you require. Hussain went out of his to way to assist me. Great service and friendly. 5 stars

I'm discusted with the 2 of the staff working in the pharmacy laughing and making jokes about what I asked for... one of the ladies was really helpful trying to help me but to men in there 20s I would say came to look at me and basically as people would say(taking the piss out of me) sorry about that but thats the saying... I don't think is very professional for people dealing with peoples personal medications... its stressful enough as it is without the staff laughing and joking in the back about it for customer to hear and feel totally humiliated and embarrassed by there actions

Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs.took my sons prescription to ages to get the items and then told we owe you come tomorrow it will be ready rang to see if the items were ready or not was told they only owe item and even that was the wrong size when clearly they owed 2 items spoke to the guy in charge he was so rude and told me to be quiet and not shout when I clearly was not shouting put me on hold and told me he won't deal with me and his colleague would talk to me and then put the phone down know I have to wait another day to get the medicine if you can't deal with people with respect don't work absolute idiots working there won't be using these idiots ever again
