I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone as they are not helpful. Very rude who won?t even listen to what you want or information regarding prescriptions absolutely horrible and not helpful. Won?t be coming here again! Wish I could rate them 0 rather than 1 star!! Not happy at all

Terrible customer service. Easily the worst pharmacy I have ever been to or dealt with.
I would give them 0 stars if that was an option!
I tried calling them to arrange a delivery for my mum?s medication and no one answered. When I called back they had disconnected the phone.
Why have a phone if you?re not going to answer it.
The staff are rude, disrespectful and full of excuses when you go in branch.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Go elsewhere!

Cash only, Slow, low stock, 'oh sorry it's at our other branch' excuse after excuse. Hands down the worse pharmacy I've ever been to in all of life. Plus please somebody tell the young girl at the till to crack a smile once a while and speak clearly!!

Under new management. The manager is exceptional and went above and beyond to help me. What a contrast his team is to the previous staff. They always answer the phone too unlike before. Thank you for a great service :)

Worst chemist in Bradford, the phone rings until someone either disconnects the line or it goes to voicemail. When try calling again it?s engaged, so they purposely turn the receiver off so it shows the phone line is busy. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Why do you have a phone number if customers are not able to get through. fix up. I wouldn?t even rate you with 1 star, but had no choice as I needed to leave this review.

Really poor service, slow even if click and collect staff all look uninterested.Ask same question you just answered, wouldn't reccomend any pick ups here

The people who work there are absolutely useless! Say your prescription is ready you go to pick it up but its not ready till another day bang ya heads against the walls.
