Got a B12 injection and vit D tablets for the winter. He was kind, informative and gentle when doing the injection. I was seen promptly.

Attended the pharmacy today and had my blood pressure taken by Shalina. Very lovely, approachable and friendly member of staff. Aslo asked how I was and was nice to talk.

I have been using Chelmsford Pharmacy for some time now & in all honesty I have seen some lows with this chemist, however, having said that, they have recently made some positive changes & now I can not praise them enough! Staff are friendly, especially Shelly, she has on more than one occasion sorted out issues with my mums prescription & kept me updated & informed until the issue was resolved, Shelly is a great asset to the team.... Keep up the great service ?
