Very rude interaction a few mins ago with the youngish female store manager whomi believe is called Kate who thinks its important to have a conversation with a colleague rather than helping a customer finding or guiding them to an item. This is not my local Lidl so i am not familiar after having walked around the store twice trying to find the sandwiches with a 5 year old, i finally happened to come across Kate. When approaching her i said ?excuse me.. where are the sandwiches please? she seemed offended that i asked her and rudely pointed her arm out and loudly said ?over there where the fridges are? in a manner which was not friendly or approaching. Please learn some customer and communication skills Kate. This was my first meal of the day after saving people health/ lives all day being a medical professional. Thanks for ruining it ?

one lady was so rude she had dehumanised us for not being able to speak English and spoke about us as if we weren?t standing there to her colleague.

Have to be careful of cashier. I put individual fruits in one plastic bag and she weighed everything and put it in as 1 item. Not right that. Inexperienced. Huh

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LAKE OF RESPECT, INSULTED BEHAVIOUR
I want to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received at LIDL Barkerend Rd, Bradford BD3 9BN 24-08-2024. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard I expect from Lidl.
During my visit, I encountered the following issues:
? I was on till waiting to be served, ahead of me 1 customer was already serving by the Till man (Asian Man), he was new at this branch, he saw me and said I am closed, and go to someother till, Even I had only 1 item to scan. I came to next till where already 4 person were in quee.
? While I was standing at this queen I noticed that 4 or 5 females came at the same till where I was refused to serve, but that same man did not said anything to them and served them as normal, even after that 4 more customers were served at the same till , that same man, he did not close that till,
? I explain this to me member of staff female, she just ignore it and did not act as in favour.
? It was very insulted behaviour, as speak very rude way,
I was particularly disappointed from his customer services.
I believe that customer service should be a priority for any retailer, and my experience fell far short of this expectation. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your customer service in the store.
