Very rude and unprofessional staff. The food was sticky and cold. Chips for my baby was given after 15 minutes. Two guys were so obvious in delaying the remaining order of chips when I complained the guy was so aggressive and nasty that it was just unacceptable. When the manager came he did not do anything. Rubbish staff

I am very sorry that I did not expect this from a brand like KFC. The chips are soggy and the chicken wings are the smallest I've ever seen.

Awful cold food .. a couple of the fries weren?t even cooked on the middle, more bile than chicken . Staff too busy talking amongst themselves and the whole food hall in which KFC sits is a disaster area, untidy, unclean and noisy.. I suggest they close this place down

The worst place ever broadway KFC!!! I came with my husband today around 4.55 pm and the guy on the cashier rushed us so much saying they?re going to close and order soon. Also whatever the food I asked he always replied saying it?s not available and by the mean time he was telling us in a rude way that they want to close and order soon. I also work in a restaurant, we also have a closing time but whenever a customers comes even we are about to close we never treat them like that! Very disappointed! A manager has to be responsible about the behaviour of the employees and also has to teach them about treating customers . Because we pay and buy the food not like we ask for free!

Really disappointed, whenever we came for shopping to broadway we used to oreder food from here but these days food standard you can see in pics price sooo high and chicken and ? all burned in black oil, we complained and they exchanged chicken and its comes as same before..... burned

My partner went there to get me some hot wings and they sell him 20 hot wings for 7.99 which they told him that it was a deal. Yes it was a nasty deal. 17 piece was left over chicken that they reheated and sell him. Worst ever kfc.

I recently came here with my ladies , they messed up me and my friends order ?! WHY? We only wanted 2 boneless banquets ?! And they completely ignored us when we asked for our drink at the other side of the counter.. Staff are inexperienced and rude.Not trained properly , Good food , bad service.
