Receptionist are rude, rooms are doesn?t cleaning properly, no standart cleaning at all. And when you complain to the hotel manager, she doesn?t care rude as well. No more stay there.Food & drinks: Expensive and prices change every day. Like stock market.

Stayed fir 2 night with husband in March 23, food was very bad, service at reception bad. Only good thing about this hotel was the 1 member of staff at the bar Amie who was well presented and accommodating running everything with no other member of staff in sight. rest of workers looked messy and unprofessional. They were very dismissive and borderline rude and when we asked for anything at reception.I rang reception 3 times and no answer, when I did get one it very short and unhelpful. English is not our first language so we felt like they just didn?t care to try to understand our concerns at reception.We stayed again last month and even worse than the first, won?t come again although the location is ideal for the Alhambra which is across the road. Do not recommend. Rooms were very standard and could have been a lot quieter as a group of people next door were playing music at early hours. Need change of chef.

Rooms are very nice, but due to all the roadworks in the area, it can be a bit harder getting to the location, the breakfast was not as good value for the money paid, also the biggest letdown was due to no parking on site and you have to pay to park near the hotel in the

We booked but when we arrived there was no room left (even though we had paid for everything) they admitted to taking more reservations than places actually available to increase profitability (and that we were the 4th group who had paid and that he had to refuse the evening)

Excellent room, service and location.Has issue with noise after midnight from people who clearly don't have the respect I have for others. Complaint dealt with efficiently and promptly by staff.Mine was a business stay and maybe not the right hotel for me.Shame as staff were magnificent.

Brilliant in all aspects. Handy for everything in central Bradford, comfy bed, spacious room, no noise and throughout our 2 night stay - last Friday and Saturday nights- we met the most lovely and friendly staff who always had time for a chat. Well recommended.
