“Visited the Bradford store on Thursday 28th December to purchase a gift for my wife, the queue was long but decided to wait. I noticed there was only 1 staff member serving, nearly every customer commented asking her where are the staff. Some customers left, I came in about 12:30 nearly 45 mins waiting, the sales assistant was still on her own, she was polite and thanked me for waiting her customer service was good.”
