Had the worse customer service experience in JD Bradford. Waited over 10 mins for shoes and the staff nicely chit chatting instead of serving the customer. Once highlighted the employee keeps sayings is not him and don?t blame him. When he takes the shoes from another work doesn?t have the brains to think that a customer is waiting. Then manager gets involved and confronting me to clam down and apologising for the inconvenience. I said before I was clam and your works have no curtesy to say sorry even. Manager offered 10% off for the mishap. Teach your staff customer service what?s the point of selling shoes otherwise. Same guy took us to the counter and inform to give 10%. Yet again cashier ask billed for the original price, when informed your manager informed. Asking us the reason. How stupid?? Poor customer service only.

Extremely disappointing experience at JD Sports Bradford Foster Square.
Waited over 30 minutes just to pay at the till ? absolutely ridiculous. The store was clearly understaffed and very poorly managed. No sense of urgency or customer service.
If you value your time, you?re better off ordering online. I definitely won?t be visiting this branch again.

Deserves zero stars. Horrible customer service, there were large number of staff just walking around, while only 2 tills were open and extremely long queue. I flagged this to the manager and instead of taking action he started arguing with me in a very rude manner. No service customer skills whatsoever.

Terrible. Was told to que up at tills for 15 mins for a collection order. Once at tills they just took my order no and proof of id and told me to go stand by the socks and someone will bring my order out to me. 10 mins later got my order. Unnecessary wait time and process for a collection order. Was then told whilst I was waiting I didn't need to wait in qué should just ask staff to scan the collection code. Like tell your staff to sort themselves out. And put some clear signage up for collection orders.

Staff all time wasters, changing room had no light. So they expect you to change in the dark. Spend £150 & they want paying extra for a carrier bag.

There is absolutely nothing in here for women! tiny section at the back with what? 6 railings of clothes. While the rest of the entire store is stocked with menswear. Wouldn't waste my time coming here again

Staff is useless online order take time to deliver just wait and look at there face they took busy talking to each other and share stories rather then serving customers specially this branch lost my item more then once, something suspicious going on I hope head office do investigation
