Not sure if they are new owners but I know I won't be ordering again I had duck pancakes ended up in bin it was so hard you couldn't chew it and there wasn't hardly any duck, used to always get it and it was soft and always got plenty of duck. Go back to ABsea

Ordered from here twice now n OMG both times it was amazing. Iv just moved to the area and normally can't find a Chinese that i like but this time I have. Will be ordering again without a doubt.

We got special fried rice and special chop suey it got delivered within 15 minutes on a Saturday night, when it arrived the driver demanded £2.50 delivery fee we refused to pay we refused because it was included in the priceThe food was very greasy bland and tasteless it did not feel like fresh food it tasted like frozen veg. Within 30 minutes of eaten it i was throwing up and felt so i'll.

we have using this chinese for the past 5 years - i don?t know whether they have had a change of chefs or owners but our order tonight was awful. ordered salt and pepper ribs for nearly £8 they sent rib tips - not a piece bigger than an inch square and basically just bone and fat. the chow mein which we get often was slimy - no flavour, the rest of the order was barely passable - very disappointing but will not be using again - I know there?s a cost of living crisis but you cannot both increase your prices and drop your standards/product quality and expect to keep custom

Hygiene China has been my go to takeaway for many years now, their food has always been very vibrant and tasty together with more than generous size portions. friends and family always enjoyed their meals from here.However having said all that the last 2 meals received were very poor indeed! The first poor meal I put down to a one off bad night, but the meal we received last night was disgusting in the quality and service.Having been told there would be a delivery time of 50 to 60 minutes we were prepared to wait in anticipation of a good meal, 90 minutes later we were still waiting, we were told it would be with us shortly! 8 minutes later it was delivered.The food was almost cold, one of the sauces had not been delivered and the look of the dishes was appalling with a taste to match. So rang to complain which was a waste of time we were told was we had not been charged for the missing sauce despite the order being repeated twice, so we have no idea if we were charged or not but the real point was a dish was ruined due to a lack of sauce that fact seemed to go unnoticed.The freebie consisted of we believe was 3 very small bits of chicken sat on congealed onion that looked like they had been run over but we were not brave enough to try them so they ended up in the bin with most of the remainder of the meal!I can honestly say last nights meal was the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had in my life! Suffice to say we will no longer be using Hygiene China no idea what has happened to their standards but clearly something has!PPParking: limited

Ordered a good few takeaways from here over the last 3 years. Been a bit of hit & miss but the last few times have been lovely. Really enjoyed the food. Delivery has always been stop on. I would definitely recommend this place.Ribs and sauces the best.

Ordered the salt and pepper munchy box, they gave us 3 chicken wings 3 spring rolls 4 pieces of salt and pepper chicken and the chips and rice and sauce. This is £21.50 and doesn't even feed 2 people. They also state the rice and sauce is complementary but with the price and what you receive it definitely isn't. The menu also state free prawn crackers and veg spring rolls on orders over £20 which we didn't receive and was then told when we rung that this isn't part of the deal because its an offer itself! Even when we rung to dicuss been unhappy with the service they was no help to us and couldn't care less about what we said regarding the food or the service! Absolutely disgusting service and prices!
