“Care unique wasn’t an agency that I originally chose for my mothers care as there was a reshuffle through the council and we ended up being with care unique. So far the carers have been very good and have listened to my instructions of what I require of them on daily basis for my mothers care who has dementia. There’s 2 particular carers Sukhpreet and Sabana who have showed great empathy and care towards my mother during shower calls which has made it easier on her as she can get quite frustrated during shower time. I hope this kind of support from all carers continues.”
