A bit hit and miss this company, sometimes the carers would not turn up due to Covid or other illnesses and I would receive a text on the morning that they could not attend. My mother has been in hospital for the last few weeks but when at home she had an early call between 7-7.30 for an hour @ £22 per hour. most of the carers apart from the odd ones only stayed 30mins top and seemed to rush round getting things done to get off to their next job. My Mum is due out of hospital in the next 2 weeks and they have called me saying they will not be able to do the early call now as they have taken other clients on forcing me to look for more care now after having care from them for quite a while now, guess loyalty does not come first for this company just profit!!! Avoid

They are highly professional carers who provide an excellent quality of care. The carers have a person centred approach and will do there best to accommodate your needs. Home-care perfection is a beautifully ran company. We used this company when my nan was in poor health and the staff were very supportive and showed the upmost care to her. The staff are polite and compassionate and we owe them a debt of gratitude for their care.

The management and staff are extremely knowledgeble about all aspects of care. When dealing with them, they are prepared to go the little further to help their valued clients or potential clients in what is normally a very stressful time in their lives, in arranging care for themselves or their loved ones.
