Have to give a 5 star review today for the Autocentre team in Bradford, from collecting my car to take it in for servicing and keeping me informed of progress and necessary work required I cannot praise them enough. They have been very helpful from when I first made the decision to use them instead of a dealership. Friendly and helpful and take the time to explain to a non mechanically minded person like me. Got 2 new tyres from here got them very fast to say it was near Christmas dropped the car off and I was done very fast the guy on the front desk was very friendly as well

Brakes check identified only front brakes needing fixing. A few hours job, took 2 full days and was not done right. Not having a family car for 2 days was a nightmare costing a fortune in taxis. Nothing was done about the complaint we made.
2 weeks later grinding sound in rear brakes. The pads inspection was inadequate leading to disc damage. Multiple complaints and visits. Aparently escalated to regional manager who was unhelpful at all and useless. Went back to garage promised to be compensated for 2 complaints. Nothing was done about first complaint. They pretended to give me some discount as an apology for damage to rear disc. After checking later on, it transpired to be a fake discount. I don't recommend at all. Overpriced and not good quality work. Will never be back. Wasted many days of my time and costed me and family a lot of money. Keep away.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They over-charge A LOT here. They charge three times the amount for an alternator that was listed on Halford?s OWN SITE. And whenever you ask them to provide a breakdown of the charges, they can?t seem to do so. Avoid like a plague.

I had a very frustrating experience with Halfords regarding a 4-wheel alignment appointment. I scheduled the service well in advance, only to have it canceled at the last minute without proper notice. This cancellation was highly inconvenient as I had already made arrangements and adjusted my schedule for the appointment. The lack of communication and customer service was disappointing. I expected a reliable service from Halfords, but this experience has left me dissatisfied. I hope they can improve their scheduling and customer service in the future, but based on this experience, I can't recommend their services.

Absolute scam artists. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE.
my girlfriend took her car in for an MOT.
They gave her a £1400 bill and actually lied on the invoice about what parts needing replacing when they didn't or they picked a more expensive part when it only needed the cheaper one!
No word of a lie we got the car back (after they also tried to lie about us being able to take it back) and we got it all fixed parts and labour for £500!!
That's £900 they tried to pocket. Make what you want of that! We will NEVER touch a halfords again!

Had my MOT and major service done here recently (2nd year already). The manager Ian was very responsive. A little hiccup did happen with the technical side, but he resolved it reasonably.

Arrived at the time they stated and they had all my details, they told me my MOT would be completed in an hour, so returned after an hour and they had all the paper work and my car was ready. Really easy to book and really friendly and honest staff. Could not have asked for more.

Had a service booked in and by 10:30 they hadn't picked the car up. I rang them and they said someone was off sick and had been off for 3 weeks, but no contingency for if he didn't turn up. Rebooked the service only for them to cancel it again, even after promising that it wouldn't be.
