Pleased with the staff and the service they produce. Very friendly, and they're not fussy when it comes to replacing broken tools.

Update after 3 years.
Not enough staff or professionalism in this place. Staff seem to be overworked, don't really smile in your face but hey they get the job done.
Manager was ment to ring me to resolve an issue which he never did. Decided to purchase a tool elsewhere. My case is still ongoing from December and it's been over 3 weeks and yet still not resolved. Customer service is absolutely shocking.

The bike I bought from halfords has been fixed by halfords once and been in for repair as it error coded agen I bought from halfords it's been in there 1 week and half and theve done nothing to it the place is a joke I'm not happy with the service at all I'm out of pocket having to go to work with out the bike I needed to get to work but had to take bike to bradford store joke complained they said they get back to you within 42 to 72 hours and they don't even get back to you disgusting how they defraud you of money with poor products and level of service and all they can say is sorry we have to send you to other side of town cause that store won't deal with you no more at bradford store my advice to everyone don't buy from halfords poor poor service and faulty products they ant got a clue what there doing they have there fancy machines to cancell errors and say it's fixed I'm taking this to the ombudsman uk ?? told me it int erroring I have dates photos all evidence and still dint want to listen well I will have the last laff

Ordered online some one called they don't have it in store and we let u know when in stock nobody phone went in store oh we cancelled your order but never received any refund oh u have to call customer service ripping off don't know what they doing

I purchased the car seat online and also booked a product demo in store for an available specified time slot. I specifically delayed collection of the jolie car seat so I could take advantage of the product demo on offer by Halfords at the same time. However, upon arrival I was told that it would be a while before someone would be available to give a demo. After waiting 5 minutes I asked how long was the waiting time. The store assistance wasn?t able to give any time or particularly concerned so I left the store with the car seat. Needless to say it was pointless booking a demo for an available slot when a timely service cannot be provided by Halfords staff. I unnecessarily delayed collection of the car seat for a week.

Popped in with a part I?d bought at another Halfords branch which I was struggling to fit. The Bradford team sorted it out in seconds (literally). Great customer service!

Bought a Dashcam and had it fitted today by Mosis, who carried on and fitted the dashcam despite the wind and rain. He fitted it within the specified time scale. He patiently helped me connect it to my mobile and explained how to use it. 5*'s to Mosis & Halfords.

Easy process to select a new battery on line, to booking a time slot for fitting at the shop. The fitting carried out very efficiently and quickly by a friendly member of staff. Very competitive price
