Popped into the Bradford store to get some links taken out of my watch that I?d purchased elsewhere and a new battery putting in. Paige and Adam were both really pleasant and welcoming. Didn?t need to wait long and had a few links removed and a battery replaced. This was my second visit to the store would definitely recommend for customer service and a variety of jewellery choices.
