Fyi never have I ever written any reviews regarding such a big chain of restaurant on this platform so you could imagine how bad was the service that I received. The white lady wearing glasses serving me on Tue 24th Dec was absolutely rude and entitled. She didn?t ask me what size I want just auto charged me Large then gave me the Regular cup. I came back and asked and her reaction was disrespectful, she was implying that I was stupid and made things up till I showed her the receipt she then gave me 20p refund eventho it?s 50p. She even talked to her colleagues about me being nonsense right in front of me. Your company should train your staff again since you put the sign ?won?t be tolerant towards the staff? while they?re the one that was extremely rude towards customers. I paid for my food and this is what I got??? So ridiculous. Shoutout to the Asian guy wearing glasses cause you believed me and helped me with this case. And to the lady I hope you feel ashamed of yourself, imagine if your daughter was being mistreated like the way I was from you then it should be your fault.

A friend of mine ordered food from this place and after 4 hours still hasn?t received their order. They don?t even give you the option to cancel. It?s just an absolute joke of a service.

DO NOT GO! staff is so rude. My cheese and onion bake was so cold and i asked the lady if i can get warm one. She rudely said No! With strange stare "thats how they are". Waste of money. I also ordered mocha and she made me cappuccino. It was take out so When i came home, i realised she made me the wrong one. She ruined my whole breakfast mood.?

Good value proposition as compared with the much pricier competition who provide mediocre offerings, tiny portions and through the roof prices, Costa and all the other non-Greggs shops included.

Id like to say a big shout out to the funny girl with glassess and Amina, they made my day with their humour. Its a long story but it all started from decaf coffee. Its lovely to see employees enjoying their job and providing great customer service. Well done guys. P.S i didnt pass out on my coffee ??

When it comes to coffee the first coffee shop that comes to my mind is GREGGS. Affordable price along with first-rate quality and quantity. Most of the time, I like to drink cappuccino and hot chocolate .
