Customer service is rubbish,
I just been to store asked for pasty?s, i have to repeat at least 4 times for 4 pasty?s, than I asked for a bag, guy who was serving me just put the bag on counter i have to put all stuff in the bag, he didn?t say hello or thank you or anything he just walked away from till,
He was asian guy and i am also an asian so no racism, its just lake of respect or customer service

The worst Gregg's I've ever been to, staff always in the back chatting when trying to get served and one lass in particular is beyond rude. She served me today and i was so annoyed at her attitude i ended up walking out without buying anything. She needs a lesson in customer service for sure.

Staff at this branch are helpful and friendly and the location of this branch is great. Unfortunately at peak times like in the morning before work when u want to grab a quick bite or breakfast, waiting times are way too long! One staff member is usually alone at the front doing it all from taking orders to making or preparing the food / serving and to taking payment. This is ok when there is 1 or 2 people waiting but not when there is a big queue at peak times! Peak times there should be at least two or three people serving at the front so the queue is moving along quicker. A quick stop can take about 10-15 minutes before you have been seen at this branch and this is not an acceptable wait! I have sometimes witnessed people walking out when they see the queue because they know it will take a long time. Please management sort this out! It is also not fair on the lone staff member having to take orders prepare serve and take payment for people. They must feel pressurised when there is a big long queue at peak times!

I called in this store this afternoon with my 3 year old granddaughter who immediately vomitted. The young girl assistant was so helpful and cleaned it up, brought blue roll to clean my granddaughter and gave her a bottle of water. Many thanks to this pleasant young lady.

Ignorant staff. Clearly, anti customer.
I was the only customer in the shop & I was told in an aggressive & nasty manner that I was queuing in the wrong place & I had to walk around the central display to be served.
