I?m absolutely appalled at the customer service I got here. Went in for a nice cheese and onion pasty and I?ve never felt so belittled in my life my poor wife who?s not very good at english was ordering and she got treated horribly. They spoke to her in such a demeaning manner

First time using this Greggs. Bought sausage and omelette roll. Cold with 2 sausage instead of 3 ,like you get at all the other Greggs. I knew why I never bothered with this one sooner! On plus side,my Mocha was was spot on.

The worst one soo far the staff are horrible just been there 20mins ago i have asked a young lad if they had any more sausages rolls cooming out as they had non behaind the glass he says yass we doo pulls out a old sasuage roll out of the bag that should be discounted and his trying to sell me it in normal price when i confronted him go a replay ?alright you don't want it then? obviously not its stoned cold u idiot if u don't like your job change it then

Went in and there is no designated place to wait to order, 2 people got served before me and when I asked if there was a certain side I needed to que at as she had served 2 people before me she automatically got defensive and really rude with me and told me ' if you really want serving now ill do it! ' with the worst attitude all she should have said was I'm so sorry you need to que here or there but instead just started being rude and giving me attitude! Won't be going here again I'm really annoyed not good customer service at all

My partner got food ordered today for us and the kids, they gave a paper bag when it's raining outside ended up on the floor now he's come home with nothing and spent 15.Tried calling 9 times but no answer really disappointed with the service.

If Juliet isn't serving then you don't get a smile, you get over charged and theres never any stock. Juliet is a saint and always has things organised when there is actually staff there to help her.I just went in to get some pasties and there was about five pasties in the cabinet, vegan and vegetable ones that's it!!!!!. You would think they would have pasties prepared for a pastie bakery wouldn't you?.Juliet needs more recognition because she always gets it right and she is always bombarded with customers.
