I am a regular customer and when Louise is in the store, she goes out of her way to ensure I can eat safely. I have allergies and her procedures around allergies is exceptional. When I initially showed her my allergy card, she read it, discussed my allergies with me and familiarised herself with it.
When she sees me enter, she disinfects the tables and my chair, uses gloves and checks in with me. This far exceeds the service offered in many restaurants!
I?m shocked to read some negative reviews. I absolutely can?t fault the service, the friendliness or the measures in place for especially for people with allergies. Thanks

Been coming to this place for a while but recently the pasties are so cold, staff said business is quite so the pasties sit there longer, asked if they will be making another batch soon she wasn't interested, got some pizza slices again proper cold, don't get it thought food always served warm, bit like tea or coffee you expect them hot, definitely won't be back.

Not even worth one start I ordered 2 cheese and onions pasties on the App went to pick the food up the cheese and onion pasties where so cold this is Third time they done this pasties where so cold I didn?t like am I feel sick eating am the lady on till was Rude and very loud never coming back again Avoid this place

Everytime i go into Greggs at Foster Square, it is a disaster of epic proportions, they have either 1 or no people serving on the counter with another 4 people either sat down or 'waiting for the ovens' behind the scenes..... I go in a few times a week and i am at least waiting 10-15 minutes sometimes even longer if there is a longer que than usual (there is a massive que every time i go in) They prioritise online orders over people who are waiting in line inside the actual shop. I would not say they need more staff, just staff who are not so lackadaisical and have no care for people who are actually in the shop wanting to buy from them.

Food poisoned after eating tuna crunch! Thought it was a bit weird while eating it checked to see the best before date and didn?t have one! Which can be reported to trading standards. Been puking all night. HORRIBLE. Avoid this branch at all cost

It was busy at lunch an having a machine fixed at the same time, made for a lack of space an so staff behind the counter, meaning a longer wait for the customer.Not the best experience this time.

I usually visit here in peak times, it can be a bit hit and miss in terms of availability of stock, like sandwiches for example, some times i've been in and there has been barely any choice of pastries, so 3 stars only from me.
