Amazing service. Bought a beautiful Bulova watch and the guy who helped went extra mile with helping me choose a leather strap that goes well with the design of the gold and black. He even swapped the buckles over and the small details matter a lot to the final design. I love the leather strap as it was better than the original one.

Very dodgy staff! I've tried sell back them diamond ring witch I bought from them few years ago! I've paid for that ring 800£ . Have recipe, ring box, ring in excellent condition! They gave me offer 40£ for diamond ring ?!
