Very rude and grumpy customer service on 29 January at 9.30. the guy at the counter put service parts on the counter without offering a box, on the other side he offered very gently a box to another customer after me. I had to request one which he provided with a face on.

Absolutely shocking service ? twice in a couple of weeks they have given me the wrong part for my car after I have provided my registration and make and model of the car and specified the products I require ? this is from the Bramley branch in Leeds and the Bradford branch. The same person served me at Bradford and gave me the wrong part again. Ringing is absolutely pointless so a visit to the branch again to try resolve the matter and exchange the part. I will not use euro car parts again and I wouldn?t recommend them to anyone absolutely stupid? I never knew reading a car part was so difficult? the invoice has the correct part number but the product is different? always check yourself is the only thing that I can take and recommend from this ? you want anything doing do it yourself

Just left Sunday 22/12/24 13:00, got the right part for what seems like a decent price. The two young lads behind the counter very helpful, efficient and polite, got the que down very fast. Brilliant service
