Went in to the store with a billing issue which I couldn?t get resolved online or on the phone, Hassan went above and beyond and got it sorted, I left the store very happy, thanks again Hassan

After a bit of a panic with a faulty IPhone I contacted EE who advised me to go into store at Broadway Centre.. my first time at this place. Found the EE store.. greeted by Mohamed who was straight on to the repair.. within 10 mins the fault was identified & put back into full working order at Zero charge.
Great team, they know their stuff on phone issues..Lead by a professional manager Mohamed

Poor customer service. Been tuning the store to get through to someone if they have an item in stock. No one answers.
I travelled to the shop and no one is on shop floor. Group of guys chatting back and having a laugh. Ironically, item was not in stock and overall customer experience is poor. Wouldn?t go back

I visited on 13/03/2024 as I needed to purchase an iPhone charger. I regret switching to EE for this reason hence why I?m leaving a review to warn others to avoid this horrendous company. I was not acknowledged by anyone in the store so decided to visit the Vodafone store next door to see if I could purchase one there which I eventually did. When I went back to the EE store to check the price difference a member of staff named SAIF told me to sit down in a rude manner and wait to be seen to I tried to explain that all I wanted was a charger and he shouted at me saying I have other customers who have been waiting to be seen before you I can?t just serve you, I tried explaining that I wasn?t trying to tell him to prioritise me so I asked how long I?d be waiting he then shouted at me again In front of everyone in the entire store including customers, your looking at 20 minutes. At this point I was shocked and SAIF continued to shout at me I tried to diffuse the situation by leaving but he continued to raise his voice so I turned back and walked towards him to get his name so I could contact customer services to raise a formal complaint. I am a vulnerable customer and suffer with PTSD and due to the behaviour of this colleague I left the store in tears and tried to get to a safe place which I found at the Vodafone store next door. Imagine being spoken to in such a bad way and being embarrassed in front of everyone. When speaking to the staff member at the Vodafone store I told them what I had experienced they were shocked and said themselves even if our store was busy and we had a customer wanting a charger we?d get that sorted for them straight away as it?s an easy process which takes only seconds. At this point I just cried in the store and then rang EE customer services. Hopefully this shall be investigated thoroughly and appropriate action should be taken against this nasty staff member at EE. If you don?t like your job - LEAVE. I did not visit the store for any freebies as I pay for my services therefore do NOT deserve to be humiliated the way I was. Luckily enough the complaints team at EE reassured me and told me they would check the CCTV footage & the audio footage where this incident took place. I would not recommend EE to anyone especially vulnerable customers as they will treat you like dirt.
