Absolutely terrible experience three times I visited in the last 3 weeks. Was promised if I paid a large up front fee to pre order a phone I would be GUARANTEED my new phone the day after launch. So I paid and my phone arrived 20 days late and the people in the shop did nothing but shirk the responsibility and blamed the supply chain. Granted it's a supply issue but they in store GUARANTEED me the delivery. I want to collect when it eventually arrived and asked to speak to a manager and apparently he was not available. Mid conversation the assistant said I finished 15 minutes ago and said that guy in the corner will sort you out when he is done with the other people. Just terrible customer service from the whole Bradford branch

Got a phone contract in 15 minutes. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. Perfect, no nonsense customer service from a staff member called Hassan who is an asset to your company.Everything works as intended and was shown all alternative options in a relaxed non pushy manner before I made my choice of purchase.

Very awful customer service! Made me sit there and wait nodding their head at me as if to say what do i want instead of coming to talk to me normally and ask. Then they said their system isn?t working.

Always service with a smile. I've been going here for years for my upgrades and add ons. They are honest with you and never a silly sales pitch.I saw adnan today and a senior worker (can't remember his name) but very helpful amd forthcoming with info. EE be proud!

Do not buy in store as no cooling off period and not mentioned at point of sale and call centre said you have to go in store who then fobbed me off to say no return policy shocking EE!!!! Always buy on the phone or online as you get cooling off period

Great service helping me discover that my phone was blacklisted and that?s why I couldn?t get any signal.However I took out a contract SIM in store, received a text with the details and I was lied to about the price, contract length and data. Still marginally cheaper than I was paying otherwise I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere.

They have politeful staffTo be on the top phone 5g or good working phone to last a good 2/3-5/10 years its like impossible in history and they sell apple products and do mot and cash back etc it would be polite if all companies only charge for the service the customer uses such as balanced measured and weighed etc counted precisely - its on the website the customer wants to stay on a budget but dont know what takes their bill over their budget they learn slowly as i am learning and getting better with bills and products
