The Dunelm store offers a wide range of homewares, including bedding, furniture, curtains, and kitchenware. There is free parking available onsite, and they also provide services like Click & Collect and a Made-to-Measure service for blinds and curtains??????.

TERRIBLE MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am extremely disappointed with the made-to-measure curtain service provided by Dunelm. We ordered custom curtains by Stephanie, expecting a certain quality and style, but what was installed was completely different from what we requested.
1. Incorrect Curtains Installed: We ordered a specific colour for our hooks but what was installed was not what we chose. Despite raising the issue, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive of the mistake.
2. Missed Installation Appointment: We were given an installation date, but no one turned up. There was no communication or apology for the missed appointment, which caused significant inconvenience for us.
3. Hems throughout the curtains: We were reassured that no hems will be visible in the curtains (as we don?t have large windows). Upon installation we noticed several hems throughout the curtains. Even though we were reassured this would not occur, it did. Once again, despite raising the issue, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive of the mistake.
Overall, the customer service has been frustratingly unresponsive, and it has been a challenge to get any resolution to these issues. I would strongly advise anyone considering Dunelm?s made-to-measure service to look elsewhere, as it is extremely overpriced too for what is provided!

Very rude and impolite person at the entrance, it was 7:59pm he didn't let me in to collect my order (click and collect). I will never come to this bradford branch.

It's very disappointing the service from the staff at Dubelm,sticker lane,Bradford store.i have bought a duvet set(spiderman logo) yesterday but I bought the wrong size.instead of single size I bought cotbed size.before i checked i broke the seal.i was not aware if you broke the seat you cannot return.i went yo the store today they refused to exchange it and the manager snd the lady at the counter was rude.such a big store nobody doesn't expect such this behavior.the duvet cover easily they can exchange.there is many packet which not not sealed.they simply just didn't want to help me.i am a very regular buyer from Dunelm.but in future i will try to avoid go to Dunelm again.i strongly want to tell the authority to keep some alternative exchange even though its not sealed unless someone use the item.its just £15 item.i will give it to the charity but i bought few pairs duvet from other store even better price.i recomrnd the peopls to be aware before buy the things and read terms and condition.there condition is more harder than to buy a property.very much disappointing.

Nothing beats a trip to dunelm lile

Lovely shop and plenty to see but no customer facilities. As the idea is to spend time and browse a customer toilet would mean a lot to many people, especially the elderly. Similar stores, such as The Range and B&Q offer customer facilities so maybe something for Dunelm to think about going forward.
