Absolutely shocking service -
My parents ordered a sofa 14 weeks ago, they knew they would be a delay and they were happy to wait, until the worst part came, we had delivery confirmation.. we got rid of our sofa ready for the next one to be delivered the day after.. but then, the sofa did not come, they apologised and said it would be here the day after, again, no sign of any sofa? we have now been left without a sofa for 3 weeks, my disabled mother having to be sat on a deck chair. We was told we could have a ?loan? sofa, but guess what, they never arranged for this either. We have asked to raise a complaint but for some reason there is no complaint procedure? we are still waiting for our sofa to be delivered.

If you want an amazing experience with a knowledgeable, friendly salesman who makes an awesome cup of coffee, go see Bernie. We were struggling with what we wanted with what was practical. He showed us around, pointed out what was good and what to stay away from, for our needs. If only every shop had a great person like Bernie. A+.

Very happy with my new recliner sofa! The end to end journey was seamless, from sales advice in-store to shipping and delivery. The sales advisor in-store, Hasan was very helpful in explaining the options and giving recommendations. I was very impressed with the shipping time as delivery only took 10 days compared to the 21 days we had been estimated, despite ordering at a peak time! The delivery and setup itself by DFS partner Humber Services was expertly done!

Everything you could even wish for, but for strong wallets. Professional and friendly personnel that provide accurate information.
I would add a fifth star if they had offered a three year warranty, paying 2k on a sofa with just 2 years warranty is insane.

Ordered sofas over 3 months ago, sofas arrived with the wrong piping and I was told they would be changed. I have rang on many occasions and spoke to the bradford store manager Andrew Johnson. Nothing done and complaint is not taken seriously. Waste of my time. Unprofessional company, Avoid

We didn't buy our new sofa here but we spent a couple of hours at the store last week. We had very stringent measurements to work from and wanted to look around without sales people. From the moment we arrived we were listened to. The manager had a warm and friendly manner and checked in with us a couple of times but no pressure. Later we had some questions and spent a while with Akash. What a lovely, genuine fella. No pressure, just solid help and info. Really appreciated the way we were handled from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Just a shame we couldn't find exactly what we needed this time. Thank you.
