Never seen such a place if so many staff yet so such incompetence I did half the job for them by ordering online, went to pick it up swapping tills with me and another customer, when we finally got sorted I wasn?t aware the colleague just looked at me saying nothing not even a thank you

Has been my go to store for electrical goods for years. Today i joined the que to pay for 2 memory cards at a total cost if £60. One girl on till, calling for help on tanoy, having to leave counter to check on items for customers while 5 or 6 of her collegues were just stood around chatting. It Ok having people on shop floor to advise customers but no staff on tills what a waste of time. My goods when back on shelf after a 15 min wait and not a single customer in que has been served.

I Bought some Sony head phones for my son from this shop, not cheap ones either, they crackled so took them back to exchange The customer service man (repair and support team?) was extremely unhelpful, verging on being rude arrogant and disinterested he told me sort it out with Sony not our problem, absolutely disgusting service stay away from this shop they are not nice to deal with once they have your cash!

Wanted a new mobile phone. The guy on the counter was amazing, helped me set up phone, transfer everything over, even putting on screen saver! Left with fully functioning phone. I was really stressed about this, but service was amazing, going above and beyond. Would not accept me buying gift such as buying him a few beers. Was just glad to help me. Should be recognized for service by Curry's. Thanks mate.
