Do not use Costcutter Upper Richmond Road Wandsworth. Vendor did not know what string was. They showed me sewing thread which I did not buy. Then after I had paid for my goods I was told I was stealing which I was not. Very annoying. Another time vendor on till tried to short change me by 10p when I paid with cash

I had a bad experience today. I bought some sandwich meat (chicken) from my local costcutter. When I went to put it in my fridge I noticed it was out of date. Went out of date 28.09.22. I bought today 4.10.22. Is this legal? Surely it can?t be. I?m shocked!

had a bad experience at cost cutter straight road member of staff was extremely abusive also mocking and laughing at fact I suffer with ptsd which he had triggered called police on me for wanting to post letters and police did not do anything as I was not in the wrong as a customer I was in the right to request a refund and tried to continue my transactions to point I was abused verbally for it
