I am a 77-year-old pensioner with multiple co-morbidities. I can only say that the advice, support and guidance from this pharmacy are second to none and reminds me of the good old days when work ethic (rarely seen today) was the norm. Indeed, the team ably led by Freda provide a service that is way beyond expectations. Freda has taken the time to explain in clear language medical procedures suggested by hospital staff that enhances my understanding of the situation, such an approachable/professional/ knowledgeable pharmacist is unique in my experience.
If you need advice on medical issues then I would highly recommend a visit to this store and did I mention you can get your flu/covid jabs at a time and day to suit you! Just wish all service providers were anywhere near as good as this.

It is with great pleasure that I write a review for Cohens Chemist in Clayton near Bradford.
The staff are always pleasant and helpful, my prescriptions are always ready and effectively dealt with.
Any additional medical queries are responded to with a professional/knowledgeable answer by Freda the resident pharmacist, so many thanks to you all.

The staff in this pharmacy are amazing. The pharmacists go the extra mile to answer questions and help where they can.. The trainee pharmacist is so helpful and is always willing to have a consultation with you. I am so impressed how well informed everyone is, even down to knowing customer's names. Keep up the good work!

Prescription is never ready stood in there half an hour just to be told one of the medications was out of stock waited over two weeks for the meds was Really poorly without them. This chemist is a joke. They never seem to answer the phone either stood there half an hour and the phone rang a few times and wasn?t answered. The chemist is so disorganised

A very disorganised service for repeat prescriptions. Told different things by different staff when chasing up medication that should have been delivered over a week ago.Not recommended at all!

Family member went in Tuesday 23 February and enquired about prescriptions only to be made to feel like they were handing the moon .They were so rude and gossiping amongst themselves and were even entertaining a baby in a pharmacy .zero rating absolutely the worst service ever . Cannot understand how these ego inflated females ever got the posts and are kept there.
