More expensive than other stores and a bit out of the way for me, but I still venture in from time to time for specific items. However, they have very poor stock control. I've visited 3 times in recent months to buy Warburton's Old English White, but it's always out of stock. A number of other shelves are also frequently empty. There's no point visiting any more if I can't get what I came in for.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff. I just witnessed three white members of staff mock an Asian delivery driver in front of other customers, even remarking that they ?should fetch a translator?. Will be taking this up with higher management.

Absolutely disgusting attitude and service from Shelley and Glynn. A complaint has been made to the head office. I wanted to purchase a reduced item from the reduction section. Glynn aggressively snatched the item from my hand and claimed it was out of date. The item was fresh and was not out of date at all as I could see the packaging. I found the staff very aggressive over a packet of peppers. It was clear they simply did not want to sell the item due to the reduction. Avoid at all costs.

My favourite store in Bingley just let me down. I tried to do some online shopping but the website directed me to other delivery apps. I tried those but they could not find my address from my postcode! I telephoned The store and asked if this was the Bingley store. Was met with a giggling young man who passed me on to Joshua. He thought that delivery had stopped because some members of staff had left. When I explained the problems I was having with the website and how disappointed I was with the Co-op he said that he was not the Co-op , he was Joshua , and said ?have a good night? and hung up.

Nicest groceries shop in Bingley really. Supervision of the self service seems to be based on chance rather than planning though. Still, better than Baildon ?

Stood a good 5 minutes at the self service waiting for someone to even acknowledge me and allow me to proceed with the shopping, yet they kept ignoring and serving other customers. I?ve worked retail for years and it really isn?t that difficult to do these things. The shop is understaffed and far from the service you?d expect at the most basic level.

A very rude female member of staff today, pricing the reduced priced prepared salad and veg. A degree of politeness would be appreciated, what a rude woman!

Staff behind the tobacco counter are always unnecessarily rude , wonder why anyone goes in there high prices and not even any good customer service to make up for it :/ most other coops have lovely staff members .The staff here are outdated and just plain miserable . Not a nice shop .
