I?ve ordered groceries from Just Eat multiple times and they keep forgetting items in the order. I?ve told JustEat customer service and they don?t care. They won?t refund it so I?ve basically just been robbed of my money. Taken my money but haven?t given the items.

Won't be back shopping here again. They apparently allow a feral street cat to roam the shop and sit on shelves as I witnessed on my most recent visit. So unhygienic! When I mentioned it to the shop assistant I got a series of grunts in response (as teenagers tend to do). Basically, they are clearly aware of the problem and couldn't give a hoot! Place must be teeming with remnants of cat faeces on all the shelves. Disgusting!

Wow had to leave the shop the other day , the smell of B,O was foul. I understand some ppl don't use deodorant but for god sake have airfreshners, especially if your allowing your staff to stink the place out and yes is was your staff , disgusting

I think if the Queue was snaking all the way up harrogate Road and down Otley Road they'd still leave that poor girl on the till on her own whilst the ragNbone man lookalike and lerch pretend to stack shelves that obviously Don't need stacking.

Incorrect opening times on the Door, signage outside and on their Google page.Wasted trip and too late to go elsewhere.Please sort your opening times out and make them consistent and update everywhere you publish the times.
