Items sold here are decent and value for money, however the customer service is extremely poor, its like the employees dont want to work and give one word answers back, which i found very rude, a smile goes a long way, but i guess either the training is poor or they are recruiting the wrong people. also i had to listen to two employees talking about their ?night out on the razz? instead of serving me, i waited a short while and then said excuse me, then i got served. fix up Bradford CEX.

Went in today to buy Astrobot for my daughter and it wasn?t on the shelves so asked a guy behind the counter if it was in stock. He didn?t even look up at us, he just tapped away at his keyboard and said it?s not in stock then wandered off. I?ve never left a bad review but the service I encountered here was so poor that it genuinely ruined my afternoon. I don?t know what we did to offend him but we?ll never set foot there again.

Bought AirPods Pro from CeX, and they arrived linked to someone else?s Apple ID, meaning they weren?t properly tested. When I went to the store to sort it out, the staff didn?t know how to fix the issue, and the area manager just sat in the back and refused to speak to me. After all that, the replacement I was given didn?t work either. CeX products don?t work as advertised, and their customer service is awful. Would not recommend.

Genuinely no idea what was going on today in the store. Took some items in to trade, as I had done within the last few weeks. The woman serving us was what can only be described as befuddled. She must have checked each item about 10 times (no, I?m not exaggerating) and typing and re-typing into the system before eventually telling us 20 minutes later that it would be £x cash for 5 items.
5 items. 20 minutes.
Anyway, obviously got told testing would be needed (fair enough) but it wouldnt happen today (fair enough, it was 430pm when we arrived?..). Agreed with the price of voucher which we had to ask for, at which point everything was re-checked and re-submitted to the system. WTAF?!
After this, asked if I was a member - yes, gave details. Asked for ID - actually forgot it but stated that I was happy to bring it in the following day after everything had been tested, even pointed out steelbooks I had traded in the previous time i was in there. Nope. Mumbled something, mumbled some more. Was told cannot accept items. What I don?t get is that whilst we were standing there watching her check the earbuds for the 16th time, people next to us were selling for stuff for cash who weren?t members and had no ID but were told ?don?t worry about it?.
No interaction between any of the staff. Each one looked like they didn?t want to be there and each one looked like they didn?t like everyone else.
Save yourself time by going to another branch if you absolutely have to use CeX. Keighley is actually alright.

When ya waiting in line for over half hour just to trade a few games in.. it gets very irritating and annoying that staff are too slow and prefer to talk and have a chat than serve customers quickly and efficiently as possible..
Aswell as being pre-owned games are highly overpriced..
Very poor service ..
