Items sold here are decent and value for money, however the customer service is extremely poor, its like the employees dont want to work and give one word answers back, which i found very rude, a smile goes a long way, but i guess either the training is poor or they are recruiting the wrong people. also i had to listen... read full comment

I have just purchased this controller for £48 and I have turned it on the left bumper doesn’t work I have to push it so far into the controller it doesn’t register buttons I would like to get a refund
