Very rude staff my mrs asked them where certain cards are there was 2 of them on till no customers they said they busy serving customers very rude and arrogant won?t be visiting again !!

The staff there 100 out of 10 made my mums day 85 today they were excellent . what they did was brill . Staff are diamonds . Did gold balloons put a sash queen for a day. staff made her feel special . She was very happy so was i well done

We got a balloon and as we were walking out of the shop it popped, we didn't touch anything or done anything to it, she put too much helium in it, when we went to tell the cashier she said it wasn't her fault and blamed it on us, I told her I just left the shop and she wouldn't give us a refund. I lost my money. The other cashier said to her she didn't want to fill the balloon up as it easily pops and she put the blame on us. Don't buy the £4.49 balloons, it is a waste of money ?

Not very helpful and understanding towards children who are autistic. My child was walking around and got told off by one of the staff. When when I told her he has autism totally dismissed it and said she wasn't bothered! Annoyed isn't the word, very inconsiderate!
