Went to Cafe Nero today (10th Jan) and Caitlin was single-handedly making drinks for everyone in store! Everyone was really impressed with her efficiency as she upkept her customer service and professionalism whilst it was very busy. I ordered a chai latte and it was delicious. Big thankyou to Caitlin!! Give Caitlin a raise!

Bit of a hit and miss this Neros. Depends on who serves you will decide on the service, communication etc. Unfortunately, I sometimes dread to go in!

ORDED A macchiato with a Caucasian women with brown hair who was on the till clearly very angry. gives me a large cup with milk going all the way to the top before paying i checked the cup i said to her this not a macchiato she STARTED shouting saying this is how we make it in nero LOL i was like women this is not my first time at a nero macchiato is espresso with foam u could ad two table spoons of milk if u wanted to but u have given me the whole pitcher why are u shouting ill left it at walked out

I?m a regular customer here and always enjoy my coffee , brought in some snacks from another place and sat in and drank. One Female worker specifically(same one that did this twice now), said you?re not allowed to eat, meanwhile there was so many others eating sushis and other big meals and they did not get told of, whereas in my case it was just a sandwich.
Personally, felt like she was targeting us and did not feel comfortable. I mean if you really want people not to eat then put a sign on or address to the customers that are, instead of targeting people you feel like.
The other staff have never had an issue and are very friendly, except for this one specifically.

What was once the coffee shop to go to, is now to be thought about first.

Best coffee place I?ve been to in Bradford by far, clean comfy place the staff are great, big shout out to Nadia takes pride in serving food to customers, food always 10/10, thanks to Nadia. Big shout out to Nadia keep up all the hard work.

I recently visited this Caffè Nero branch and was quite disappointed. Unlike other Caffè Nero locations we've enjoyed before, this one fell short in several ways. The tables were dirty, and previous customers' coffee cups were not cleared away. We had to clean the table ourselves just to sit down.
When it came to the coffee, we ordered four lattes, and all of them were over-extracted and tasted burnt. Overall, this experience was far from the usual standard we expect from Caffè Nero. I hope they can improve their service and quality soon.
