Went to Cafe Nero today (10th Jan) and Caitlin was single-handedly making drinks for everyone in store! Everyone was really impressed with her efficiency as she upkept her customer service and professionalism whilst it was very busy. I ordered a chai latte and it was delicious. Big thankyou to Caitlin!! Give Caitlin a raise!

Bit of a hit and miss this Neros. Depends on who serves you will decide on the service, communication etc. Unfortunately, I sometimes dread to go in!

ORDED A macchiato with a Caucasian women with brown hair who was on the till clearly very angry. gives me a large cup with milk going all the way to the top before paying i checked the cup i said to her this not a macchiato she STARTED shouting saying this is how we make it in nero LOL i was like women this is not my first... read full comment
