Xbox one hardware issue had it constantly turning off randomly whilst in use, sent it in and got it back the same day for just £45. Been working perfectly for the few weeks I've had it back, personally I can't recommend this place enough, and the customer service is pretty good to boot.

gud shop theres even a takeaway shop next door to sit down have a meal while reading the game manual or just look at the box or something bare in mind not to get any ketchup on the case tho! ?

Awesome Deals , just bought a xbox one console from the store downtown and i have to share with you all it works perfect!! ? Item was LIKE brand new with zero marks of usage !!! ?The guy in store was super polite he helped me choose and tested the console in front of me .. Store has many consoles in stock and for what i ve saw they are all in very good condition !! Very good store the right place to be if you are looking to buy or sell video games ?????

Made me stand on the street for 40 minutes after having to wait 25 minutes for BSX to sell me xbox. I asked to be compensated for them wasting my time by knocking of a tenner which still would of been 200 and they said no. Ha ha just imagine there was something wrong with the console horrible money hungry retailer.
