Waited over a week for inhalers. When asked staff how long would they take to arrive. Talk.with a attitude so I have changed pharmacy to a better one would not recommend Thornton boots chemist.

Very rude and ignorant staff, especially JW, they will not listen to what you are trying to explain to them.
Manager of store is also rude and just stares at you, I will not visit this store again.
Read the feedback for the store and see how many customers have had a bad experience.
I was told by the manager that they have not had any bad feedback for over a year and previous poor feed back was because of previous staff.

You order prescriptions online it?s all electronic so should only take a few minutes wow many many times I?ve still been chasing them for a week . Now I order online either last thing at night or very 1st thing A different chemist and lo and behold I get it delivered the VERY SAME DAY and they come from the other side of Bradford. Even now both my parents and my youngest daughter get there?s from the same one , Boots chemist went down the pan yrs ago

I'm not one to complain usually but if you're waiting on prescriptions for drugs then it's chaos. Endless revisits and problems..and it matters..these drugs keep me out of hospital or worse. Just go somewhere else is my advice.

This place is the place to go if you have loads of time to waste . Doesn't open until 09:00and closes at 18:00 so if you work anything like normal working hours you've had it . I've seen french builders move faster than the staff. Think I'm gonna try the dark web for my medication ?

Prescriptions never ready on time, staff couldn?t seem less interested, never answer the phone, a very poor pharmacy I?ve never known anything like it! In my opinion it needs to be closed down!

Very poor chemist, if you have all the time in the world and loads of patience and don?t mind having to keep going back week after week as they don?t keep the stock (that all other chemists have) then this the chemist for you.

A really really poor chemist. Service very very slow. Staff seem to argue with the dr's practice next door constantly and have a "us and them" mentality. Staff dont want to help, concentrate too much on process instead of people. Best avoid at all costs. Really terrible.
