Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone!!! So many people have complained about this but nothing has been done.

Terrible pharmacy and terrible customer service. Have been extremely awkward with a lot of my prescriptions and even refused to give me medication! Changed pharmacies now and have a much better experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Never have your prescription ready ,have to wait a week for them. Staff always to busy.

Just read an review from 5 days ago Joanne Greenwood regarding no one answering the phone.
So I thought we would experiment ? on this. Guess what there right NO ONE answers the phone 0 mins it's ridiculous. And the staff responded to the post stating please contact us and we will investigate further.
How can we contact you? YOU DONT ANSWER THE PHONE .
I will try again in a month and see if it improves.

Just wasting your time dealing with this pharmacy, never anything in stock and expect you to drive around tracking down medication, when I have a stroke boots is liable due to disgusting service.

Brilliant service. I've seen more rude patients there than staff..in fact the staff have put up with a lot of abuse. Yes they chat while they work which is fine with me. I think people need to stop putting their own frustration out on a service which is there to help you.

Terrible service. Had my 4 year olds prescription for 10 days and when chasing it to be told they didn't recieve it and it had gone to another pharmacy! Bearing in mind these were my nominated and do my sons prescription every month. By this time he was VERY low on his epilepsy medication and no pharmacy could get it as the manufacturer was out of stock!! If they'd of contacted me earlier maybe something could of been done sooner rather than leaving it unacknowledged and my poor child nearly having to go without!! Safe to say I've now changed my nominated pharmacy and will not be using them again.

Staff are wonderful and helpful when you are there and they are clearly very busy. But hardly anyone ever answers the phone otherwise can?t fault.

1 star due to repeated mistakes over a lengthy period of time. Communication appears to be a big problem. Don't appear to be making much improvements.
