I received amazing customer service from Andrew when picking a perfume for a Birthday present, as this is a topic that I don?t know much about his knowledge and advice allowed me to make a good decision and confident purchase. I?ll be recommending this specific Boots branch to family members and friends because of the amazing service that I received from Andrew.

Horrible rude lady at the pharmacist... poped in on Sunday waiting to be served asked me if im waiting to be served and I replied yes so she goes go to the other till.. our pharmacy orders are priorty for us us.. im sorry but we all are priorty.. would give 0 star if there was a option and most certainly won't be returning... halima pharmastist horrible lady was not a single bit concered about anything.. had to go and get a rash checked and this halima wasnt a single bit interesrd in checking.. i just walked out

The staff at this Boots store are fab! - Tayyeba who served me today was super helpful, approached me kindly and helped me find what I was looking for and turned my attention to promotions that the store was offering, helped me save some money ? - thankyou ??

Went into boots today and tried to find someone who would be able to open the perfume draws a nice gentleman who goes by the name Irfan helped me pick out 2 perfumes totalling to £200. I am very pleased on how well irfan quickly help me. It was a very busy around 8 people wanted to try perfume and buy items from the store and despite him being all alone he managed it very efficiently. Thank you irfan for making me want to shop at Boots store again!!

Boots foster square ?.Went in a few days ago?. Nice clean shop and lots of choices. The gentlemen who served me was so nice and friendly, I've not had a boots card before and he explained everything to me about the points etc? I brought some hair products and a few bits and pieces? As I was looking around the store I felt very uncomfortable because of the shop assistant following me around ( she?s a small orange coloured lady ,about late 60s with short hair ) I had paid for
my things and she could see this ?So when I took out my hair spray to use I was shocked that she came over to ask if I?d paid for my shopping ? Even though I was stood with my boots bag and my receipt, I felt so embarrassed to be asked this question , I said to her ? Your joking right? ? Her response was ?. ? Oh you?d be surprised ? ? I felt very uncomfortable and I?m just glad it wasn?t busy because she made me feel awkward about continuing to browse around the shop. I actually walk with crutches so I?m slow anyway, not the perfect candidate to be shoplifting ?I can?t even run. Went in originally looking for some hair straighteners , but because of this incident I promptly left the store and brought them in super drug ?. ? Just looking at the reviews about this store , not very good to be honest boots broadway is nice

Just tried to buy painkillers, went to self serve and needed store approval. Waited and no one came. Took my tablets to pharmacy and the most unhelpful guy refused to serve me. Told me to go to general checkout. After I told him there?s a queue and I can?t use the self serve he said I can see there?s one person there! Very unhelpful! Left the tablets and went to Tesco instead!

Went in to purchase a specific dummy for my grandson and was followed by 2 security men from entering the store stood on either end of the aisle I was on. Made me feel so uncomfortable, like my anxiety isn't bad enough, I won't be stepping foot in that store again

WARNING to anyone planning on using this Boots, DON?T?
Went in yesterday and got treated by the security and staff as shoplifters for just looking around for Christmas presents with family.
Tall jobsworth security guard needs to learn to do his job properly instead of harassing innocent customers and incriminating innocent people, just because he feels like it.
Couldn?t even look around for presents as he was constantly harassing and intimidating and following us, the staff were not much better.
The staff even stooped as low as playing the shoplifter announcement and that CCTV was in operation while the security officer was following us around, nice way to treat people who were looking around to buy Christmas presents until this happened.
I will never shop there again and will NOT recommend anyone to shop at this Boots unless you wanted to be treated like a criminal and a shoplifter by staff and security, disgusting behaviour!

Went in today with my friend to buy a hair straightener, horrible service by the lady with the pixie cut so condescending and bitter towards us. My friend was reduced to tears after her horrible treatment towards us. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH! Won?t be coming again probably racially profiled us because we?re brown girls
